The latest addition to the Rodriguez Associates/CMS, Inc. family is RossHill Retirement Residence which opened its doors in October of 2005. The first impression as you enter the front doors is one of welcoming warmth. The lobby area features a sitting lounge complete with a fireplace and a view of the outdoor patio area and greenhouse. The outdoor patio provides a quiet respite where you can relax at one of the umbrella tables with a cool drink, or share a conversation with friends. The building has many amenities, including a community room, which sees its share of parties for any occasion, as well as meetings, seminars, and informal get-togethers. The fourth floor Library boasts two computer stations with internet access for use by the residents, and the outdoor porch offers a birds eye view of all the changing seasons.

On the second floor you can pamper yourself in our hair care center, or relax while working on the latest jigsaw puzzle while using our convenient coin operated laundry facility. If you're not in the mood for relaxing, you can burn some calories and tone your muscles in our modern exercise area overlooking the first floor lobby. Van transportation is available for access to the abundant shopping areas to numerous to list. The apartments are designed with the comfort and accessibility of seniors in mind.
