Located in Pittsburgh, Pa., the site was an old LTV Steel site in a historic urban neighborhood. Consisting of 30 affordable housing units, the plan was split into two similar building with a utility easement running through the site. Drawing reference from the neighboring area, the design resembles old historic townhomes in the area.
